Three facts about Torrevieja shape almost every job that comes in, and none of them applies in the same way further up the coast.

Almost 70% of dwellings here are not somebody's main home. A lock used for two weeks a year, in salt air, is not the same lock as one used twice a day.

Which languages do you work in?
Yes. Torrevieja has residents of 123 nationalities and English is what most of them use with a tradesman, so the whole job is done in English or in Spanish, whichever you prefer.
I do not know my address. It is an urbanisation.
That is normal here, and it is not a problem. Send a location pin on WhatsApp and say the name of the urbanisation, the block or the nearest pool, and whether your home is the ground floor or the one up the outside stairs. That gets the van to the right door.
Do you cut or supply keys?
No. This business opens doors and vehicles and it changes, repairs and fits locks. It does not cut, copy, supply or program keys of any kind, and it does not touch car keys, remotes or ignitions.
Will my lock survive being opened?
Often, yes. Where the lock can be opened without damage it stays in the door and you pay for the opening alone. Where it cannot, you are told before anything is drilled, and the replacement is agreed first.
What does a call-out cost?
The price depends on the door, the lock and the hour, and you get the figure before the work starts, not afterwards. Nothing is charged for being told over the phone what you are probably looking at.
